Happy Birthday Mammy

Here’s something to know about my Mom. She has, for the last ten years, talked steadily about how she wants a potting shed. My Dad and her bought a home in Wellsville that came equipped with ONE old chicken coop and ONE big dream to make that chicken coop into my Mom’s potting shed.

As you can imagine, no potting shed is complete without an adorable work surface for potting plants… So for her birthday this year, Randi, my Dad, and I made her a Potting table.

First you need some manpower

Second- you need a sister who is good at reading directions

Third- you need me to hand screws to people

Fourth- you need mustard color paint and Wha..La.

I really love how it turned out and I hope my Mom gets to use it in her Potting shed.

Also: We did some of the construction in my Grandma’s house. I took a picture of the most bizarre decoration. It’s a rock that lights up. A Rock. That Lights Up...
