Saddest News of the Week:

My dummy head (mannequin) was stolen from school! And I just gave her a fantastic perm on Wednesday too. I’m worried that her captors will rinse her hair, not knowing that it could damage the integrity of her curls.

What gives me a small sense of comfort is that it’s about the only thing they could do to her, seeing as she is only a plastic head. Then again, she could be a thousand pieces of plastic and hair scattered along a freeway somewhere…

I never took a picture of her, so I took the liberty of drawing one. The likeness is uncanny even though it is straight from memory. If you find her, please return her to a safe place with a note for me. I’ll pick her up at anytime, anywhere. Unless I’m low on gas or it’s too far away or I’m busy.
