Eminem Keeps Me Humble

I take trax in the morning to work. Every once in awhile my favorite thing happens. I love..LOVE when people have their music on loud enough that you can hear what they are listening to. I love it mostly because, due to my experience, I’ve found that 90 percent of the music that is loud enough for recognition isn’t that great.

Example: This morning I walked from trax to my work and got into the elevator with a fellow passenger. She was about 40 years old with a lovely little blazer/skirt outfit on. She had gold hoop earrings and I’m guessing she was either Italian or Hispanic. Either way, she was very pretty.

The elevator doors closed and within the confines of the little box her music could be heard. She was listening to the sweet sounds of the *moled one.

Enrique Iglesias- Hero.
“I can be your hero bab-ay. I will stand by you forev-ah.”

I just thought it was funny. She looked like a lady who would celebrate the entire Inlesias collection.

The one time when this happened and I was totally judged (Rightfully so) was when I had my iPod at work and White America came on by Eminem. I usually listen to my music loud and so it was easily heard. I turned around and a janitor lady was right there and I could see it in her eyes. It was if she was saying… “Yeah. You’ve got a lot to complain about White girl.”

**Google tells me that Enrique got his mole cut off. I don’t want to know why. I just want to mourn the loss for a minute.

i would've judged you more if your avril lavigne alarm started going off...

dave and i were riding trax one time and there was this lady with a baby strapped to her...my natural judgments noticed that she wore gap-like clothes and had her hair pulled back in a tight bun. anyway, there was literally screamo music pouring from her earphones....just goes to show, if you look for the negative, guess what, you're gonna find it. wait. crap.

As long as you don't listen to "I want a million hugs, from 10,000 fireflies and, I'm weird cause I hate goodbyes...blah blah blah I'm a baby..."

Otherwise I won't judge.
